CONGRATULATIONS GRADUATES! (Yes, I'm late)

Hello Friends,

Life has a way of derailing all your best intentions sometimes. In this instance I'd like to offer a very heartfelt (though belated) CONGRATULATIONS to my cousins, Jeremiah & Joshua Phiniezy, who graduated from Silver Bluff High School on June 6, 2013!

These two fine young men are the sons of my cousins, Henderson & Loretta Phiniezy.

I wish them, and all the graduates of the class of 2013, all of God's blessings as they pursue their dreams!

Spreading GOD's word

This is my message to anyone who will listen. JESUS is GOD. I firmly/truly believe that God is using me to spread his word through song, talk, and walk. God is allowing my precious daughter,Jeff Hudson, And the awesome Kenny who has a heart of gold to help spread his word. May GOD bless each and everyone of you wherever you may be, and to the non believers I say there is another life when this one is over. If you believe you will through hard work, and the grace of GOD you will see his face one day. GOD Bless. Thanks for being there.

Happy Wednesday!  To get you over "hump day" I thought I'd share some new music that I've been working on.

Life can get us all down sometimes but remember that it's all worth it "because HE lives". 

This is a "stripped down", and bit more "soulful", version of a song written by the prolific Bill Gaither. I really like it, and I hope that it brings joy to some of you, too.

Good Friend

I ask myself how lucky can you get. Well the answer is while riding the stationary bike at the gym today lo and behold my good friend Mollie came in. She helped me to get a good ride (excellent Cardio ) and the time went by so fast. Thanks a lot Mollie. See you next time.

TWO NEW PHOTOS & A THANK YOU

I want to thank my cousin, Jeff Yancey, for the two new photos I just posted on the site. They are two that I had never seen before and bring back great memories, so I'm thrilled to have them.

One is of my beautiful late wife, Geneva, and our two oldest children, Michelle and Michael.  The other is of me and Rufus Washington--all I'll say about that one is: it's all about the hat. (smile)
